User-Initiated Cancellations

- Upon cancellation by the user, the entry fee (if applicable) will be credited back to the user's MYSMART11 account balance. No refunds will be processed if the user cancels after the contest has started.

MYSMART11 is a skill-based platform where users participate in contests based on their knowledge and understanding of the game. Losses incurred due to the outcome of contests or the performance of players in a contest are not eligible for refunds.
